Paraplanning has been at the heart of my career for several years, and I’ve developed a true passion for it—whether I’m managing a complex pension transfer or integrating an investment bond into a Discretionary Trust. Throughout my time in the industry, I’ve noticed a trend toward increased bureaucracy in the adviser role. The rise in rules and regulations means more time spent on paperwork, which takes away from meaningful client interactions.
